A Food Story is written by Dylan Redding and Lex Tully, two Sydneysiders who love food. Dylan and Lex have been wining and dining their way through Sydney since 2005 and decided to turn their passion for food into a blog in July 2010. Lex rates Quay as the best restaurant in Australia while Dylan has been won over by Sepia.
Dylan is an IT consultant by day and chef-de-cuisine (of our household) by night. He loves steak and beer, a nice drop of red and all things Thai. He spends his weekends maintaining the herb garden and citrus orchard (4 plants makes an orchard, right?).
Lex is a senior print production manager of a leading DM advertising agency in Sydney. She feels extremely lucky to have a savoury tooth and a very big sweet tooth, loves chocolate, woodfired pizza, Italian, Thai, Japanese and cupcakes but wishes condiments did not exist.
